I'm an Old-Fashioned Gal ;)

I went out with a guy and was expecting to opening my own car door because you don't expect guys to do that these days. But he opened it and that made me realize that there are good guys in the world and that chivalry is still around in 2014. Haha. Lebay ya? Well tapi, gue bener-bener tersentuh sama hal-hal kecil kayak gitu. Menurut gue hal kecil yang dilakuin dengan sikap respect itu......... it is absolutely cute and it shows that chivalry is still alive.

I know you’re probably going to drop a line on me like this: “Women are different these days. They don’t want a guy making a big fuss over things like opening a door or standing up when they sit down or leave a table.” Personally, I grew up where a girl can open her own door and having to stop and wait for a guy to do it for me is more irritating than thoughtful. But hey, every woman wants a man to at least make an effort at showing some manners. Don't worry, if a guy took me out for dinner I wouldn't think he wanted to be my boyfriend just because he opened my car door, whether it worked out or not I would just think he's a gentleman so it scores him points no matter what happens. It's just..

It's old fashioned gentlemanly behavior and it's always nice. ;)
